I work alone and in concert with staff from local educational agencies and/or other organizations to:

Identify the degree and nature of alignment of local or district-level objectives with state or national standards
Identify the degree and nature of alignment of curriculum, instructional practices, and classroom resources with district, state, and/or national standards
Examine current classroom assessment practices and recommend alternatives and enhancements
Examine sample lessons and student work, and conduct observations, to profile teaching and learning within an instructional community
My per diem or per hour rates are determined based on the scope and nature of the service provided.
